Berkshire Elementary

This past month we were excited to name middle school science teacher Micah Manalastas as our staff member of the month. This is Ms. Micah's first year at Berkshire, and she has already made an indelible impact. She has worked tirelessly to create engaging science lessons that not only allow students to learn about key concepts and skills but also allow them to apply these skills through hands-on learning opportunities such as projects and models. Ms. Micah has also taken an active role in mentoring students and has a truly unique ability to connect with students and help develop their academic and social emotional skills to set them up for long term success.
